We work across 28 language pairs in-house. Our primary pairs are Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch in all directions. We have specialist capacity in Polish, Romanian, and several Nordic languages. For other languages, ask us and we confirm availability before quoting.
No, unless you explicitly request a machine translation post-editing service. All work delivered under our standard and premium packages is translated by a human linguist and reviewed by a second. We can discuss MTPE as a separate, clearly labelled service for high-volume, lower-priority content.
A certified translation is a translation accompanied by a signed statement from a professional translator confirming its accuracy. Required for official documents such as contracts, diplomas, legal filings, and immigration paperwork. We provide certified translations in all our working language pairs. Notarized certifications are also available as an add-on for documents that require additional legal verification.
Spanish clients are invoiced with IVA (21%) applied. EU clients with a valid VAT number use the intra-community reverse charge mechanism with 0% VAT. Non-EU clients are not subject to Spanish IVA. All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of IVA.
For every new client, we build a terminology reference from their existing materials, glossaries, and preferred usage. For ongoing clients, we maintain and update this reference with every project. The glossary is provided to the client at the end of each project cycle and is part of the Crystal and Diamond packages.
Standard: 7 business days for up to 5,000 words. Crystal: 6 business days for up to 18,000 words. Diamond: 5 business days, priority queue. Rush 48h add-on available for urgent projects. Timelines start from the later of payment confirmation or completed brief receipt.
Yes. For website localization projects, we can work from URLs, exported CMS files, spreadsheets, or any format your development team can export. We coordinate directly with your web team if needed and deliver in the same format you send.
Yes. For EN and ES, we have full in-house capacity in both directions simultaneously. For other language pairs, both directions are available, though we confirm scheduling at briefing for large simultaneous projects.
